Tiffany Johnson began her childcare journey in 2007 and has gained a plethora of experience in different positions along the way. In 2016 Ms. Johnson started to work on her own master plan to provide quality childcare on her own. Success By Steps Early Learning Academy is the fruit of her hard work and dedication. Currently, Tiffany has four centers in Columbia, SC and plans to expand outside of the city before 2026.
